Our new one-storey house named Edward that is being constructed in the Moscow region is designed in fachwerk style. This is a wonderful idea for living outdoors. A double sloped overhanging roof, a linear composition, large covered terraces - it’s so nice to enjoy autumn colors and flavors in a warm and cozy house!

The architectural concept of a country house should blend in with the landscape. This is the advantage of the houses Lumi Polar designs – one may immediately “go out to the country” from our houses! When creating projects, our architects use cardinal orientation. So did HELGA TRAKSEL, who designed the wonderful Palanga villa in Latvia.

Our stylish collection "Arbor", designed by architect Matti Iiramo, enriched with a new luxury project Amanda Sauna with total area of 370 m2. With the L-shaped house form and a rectangular pool there was created a cozy atmosphere of a closed space in the open air.
