A house with two floors designed by Giuseppe Arnone is proudly called Residence. This residence takes an attention from the first sight because of its laconic and luxurious architecture. An abundance of panoramic windows and a spectacular contrasting finishing make the building look very respectable and modern.
The building is designed as two adjacent rectangles. This decision allow highlighting the pool area and organizing a large green terrace above it, which became a real decoration of the house.
The functional of the living space is clearly divided here. On the ground floor there is a large living room (52 m2), with the kitchen and dining room, an impressive wardrobe, storage rooms, a bathroom and a shower room. Close to them, there is full-completed fitness complex with a gym, a Finnish sauna and a swimming pool. All rooms have access to the terraces surrounding the house.
