Russian LUMI POLAR team once again in Finland
Folk wisdom says : "Before you start to improve the world, look at your own house three times." We are convinced that specialists should thoroughly know their job from the inside.
As employees of a Finnish company, we are always on the crest of the “wave”. We are following the emergence of new technologies and various materials, improving our knowledge and achievements in introducing them into production. That means we are improving houses that we build in Russia and all around the world. We offer only the best!
To improve skills Russian Lumi Polar specialists regularly training at production and construction sites in Finland, in a country of thousands of lakes with pure untouched nature rich in forest resources.
Once again, led by the general manager, Finnish specialist, Timofei Mayorov, we visited our factory for the production of houses from high-quality non-shrink timber. We got acquainted with the latest progressive technologies. We observed how our engineers put drawings into the “brain” of computers, 3D modeling, and then the most precise cuts of timber with the accuracy of Kuka Robot to the nearest hundredth of a mill. We saw the work of production lines, machines and partial installation of rafter systems.
Every detail is important in production, quality is in the details! Strictly modeled, finely sawed structures allow us to achieve a tight connection of all components, which provides our houses with perfect aesthetics, a high degree of quality, energy efficiency and reliability.
Timofey personally conducted technical supervision of the houses that are currently being manufactured for our Russian customers.
Our production is the most developed and progressive in the world! Annual investment in production is up to 5,000,000 euros per year!
We drove more than one hundred kilometers, admiring the beauty and purity of the Finnish forest. We were convinced that there are no shrubs and small trees that interfere with the growth of the main forest.
Yes! Forest in Finland without undergrowth. It is regularly removed so trees can take the maximum nutrients from the soil.
All forest in Finland is privately owned. The owner of the forest can look after it all its life, and his children will sell it, because only after 60 years the trees reach healthy ripeness. Mandatory planting is carried out on the places of felled trees, the growth of young trees is controlled, etc. Finnish wood is smooth, dense, strong, fragrant, saturated with resins.
We visited the annual exhibition of low-rise buildings Asuntomessut in the city of Kouvola with great interest .We got acquainted with the advanced solutions of European architects for the construction of ultramodern houses, improving comfort and quality of life. Creative ideas were the result of an unforgettable trip to Finland.
