The house’s name speaks for itself, the scenic spot where the house is located and its interior offer relaxation and solitude. This project was based on a classic Finnish house - one of those presented on our website. During the design process, features of a modern look was added to it. Besides, the project was modified to suit the customer’s wishes. The total area of the house is 121 m2, there is a spacious bright living room with access to a large terrace, a kitchen, a master-bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, with an area of 54 m2. A technical room, which has a separate entrance, is completely unobtrusive and is located on the north side of the building. The second floor has an area of 38 m2 and includes a bedroom, a bathroom, and a sauna with access to a cozy glazed balcony. Compact and functional “Relax” is a perfect solution for those who seek country life.
